documenting and publicizing my project

For my project, I am creating a youtube video about the benefits habitual running has on the human body. The steps for this project are researching the benefits, listing them, and organizing them. After that, I need to research the scientific explanation for each reason, then pull all this information into an aesthetically pleasing and cohesive youtube video. The step that would work best for documentation is the final product, which is the youtube video. To share and publicize my work, I plan to post my video on youtube for my friends, family, and the general public to view. I am about a quarter done with my project. I have researched the main benefits and organized them into different areas of the body and mind.
